1) Photography version is completed and launched in December 2010. This mobile application with the virtual gallery is available in Android Market.

2) Fine Arts version has begun its first phase of development in Feb 2011. The first phase involves photo preparation and editing. This process also ensures that all images appears in good colour in Android devices.

3)  Artists selected for and involved in Paintings Findings (Fine Arts Version) are Ashley Yeo, Ben Puah, Fyerool, Justin Lee, Rosihan Dahim and Steve Chua.

4) For the second phase of the development, all artists whom have not send in their art work discriptions, please send them in to info@arthappen.com .

5) Programmers preparing codes for application- April 2011. This application will be developed to suit tablet-size resolution as well compared to the mobile phone screen size of previous versions.

6) All art work images recreated for spot the difference game play. -May 2011

7) Singapore fine arts version game titled ‘Painting Findings – Singapore Collection’. Image for title page created. Design for gaming buttons being created. -June2011

8 ) Rather last stage.. Programmers creating Android game application -June 2011. Writing of application description to begin.

9) The development of Paintings Findings (Fine Art Version) is expected to complete in July 2011.

10) Painting Findings – Singapore Collection rolled out in Android market! Launch was announced in Business Times Singapore and Singapore Art Gallery Guide.

11) October 2011 – App in Android Market renamed from ‘Painting Findings Singapore HD’ to ‘Painting Findings Asia HD’.

August 2010- We are receiving entries of art works from Singaporean artists of all generations to be featured in this Singapore Art edition of Paintings Findings. Kindly submit the following to info@arthappen.com with subject “Painting Findings Singapore”

1) 10 proposed art works.

2) Caption/description for all art works submitted.

3) Contact number, website, mailing address and email. (Email and website may be linked to “read more on artist” option in the Painting Findings Virtual Gallery.

4) State any specific request of section of art works that are not encouraged to be edited for the duplicated image.

Parties involved in creating this mobile application will be entitled to the copyrights of the images for developing this Painting Findings Singapore project only.

There is no entry charges to Painting Findings.

There is no fee paid to artists for this project.

Brief explaination: Our mobile application team will produce a duplicate image with 5 different spots where the art work will be edited for “spot the difference” gaming purpose. After which, when an image is “won”, it goes into the Gallery section where the original image will be shown with caption/description. Screen of Gallery viewing (right).
